Crafted by NECA to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the cinematic classic, this posable action figure stands approximately 4.5 inches tall to maintain accurate 7 inch scale proportions. The detailed sculpt captures the extraterrestrial wearing the soft blue plaid shirt from the iconic living room scenes. Interchangeable neck inserts allow collectors to adjust the figure's height and posture, while the included accessory lineup features a Speak & Spell, a household telephone, a television remote control, and interchangeable hands.
Hiding from government authorities inside the Taylor family home, the gentle alien forms an extraordinary telepathic connection with young Elliott. As E.T. explores the unfamiliar human residence, he absorbs Earth culture through television broadcasts and gathers ordinary household electronics to construct a crude interstellar transmitter. This release captures the warmth, humor, and innocence of those quiet home moments that made the stranded traveler an enduring global film icon.
