In dystopian Detroit, rising violent crime leads Omni Consumer Products to combine cutting-edge robotics with the preserved mind of slain police officer Alex Murphy. Designated as RoboCop, the cybernetic officer patrols the streets with relentless efficiency, upholding the law while struggling to reclaim his lost humanity.
